College Height Commons
An Investment in Our Neighborhood

As a result of the Neighborhood Matching Grant from the City of Lakeland's Community Development Department, grant monies have been used for beautification projects in this wonderful neighborhood park.

One of the projects included a brick pathway constructed of antique bricks and installed by Kelly's Masonry. It runs from the sidewalk on South Blvd., through the gate and along the border of the existing landscaping. From there it follows the curve at the sculpture and continues along the south and west perimeters of the park.

Many thanks to all of you who pledged volunteer hours to bring these plans to fruition. May you enjoy the satisfaction of having contributed to our neighborhood in such a significant way.

We encourage you to make use of College Heights Commons. If you would like to hold a formal function there, simply contact the College Heights Methodist Church secretary and complete a "Facility Use Request Form."
