The 7th Annual Historic Lake Morton Home and Garden Tour will be held on Saturday, March 20th from 11am till 4pm.  This year the tour will feature 12 homes that have been renovated or restored in varying styles.  The Lake Morton neighborhood was the first “suburb” of Lakeland, with most of the homes built in the 1920’s, during Florida’s Boom.

The area has a large collection of a variety of bungalow homes, set on tree covered streets surrounding Lake Morton.  There will be courtesy trolley transportation to the homes and through downtown Lakeland, with an additional tour of Munn Park, focusing on the development of the city.

Why not enjoy lunch downtown during the tour, taking time to enjoy all the area has to offer.

The tour begins at Hauger-Bunch Realtors 415 S. Kentucky Avenue, just off of Lake Morton Drive in  Downtown Lakeland, FL.

Tickets are available in advance at Brooke Pottery, Fast Frame and Home Essentials in Downtown Lakeland for $12.
