Vice President for Membership

The LMNA VP for Membership is a one-year volunteer position that oversees all membership of LMNA. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Attendance expected at monthly Board meetings and Group meetings.
• Maintain a membership data base on the LMNA website.
• Add new members to the data base.
• Print mailing labels from the data base for the newsletter and meeting reminder postcards.
• Send a Welcome to LMNA letter for new and renewing members.
• Send newsletters to new members who joined after the latest issue.
• Provide accurate lists of members for events such as the Historic Home Tour.
• Send renewal letters to members in early December.
• Send reminder renewal postcards in January to members who have not yet renewed.
• Create, print, and mail a Support Your Neighborhood brochure to businesses and residents of the Lake Morton Historic Neighborhood in January to increase membership. |
