The Cuddy family had their house built three years ago by the Rodda Construction Team. They designed it to be a replica of a house built in the year 1925. They have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a great room, a den that they installed a brick floor for added charm, a lanai that has a/c and heat and a gorgeous terra-cotta floor plus an inviting bar. They have a deck that includes a wonderful hot tub! The house is also completely wired for sound. The columns in the front of their home were made with real brick and they have added a cement curb in the front to enhance the beautiful landscaping. Their garage is accessible from the alley. We are so proud to have this wonderful home in our neighborhood. The time and energy building a new home to replicate a home from the 1920s is rewarded with our Lake Morton Home of the Month appreciation.
